Refund & Payment Policy for the Optio Cruise + Node Package
To ensure full transparency and compliance, the following policy applies to all purchases of the Optio Cruise + Node Package, whether paid in full or through a payment plan.
Refund Policy

Refunds must be requested in writing via email to the support team within 15 days of the initial payment.

If approved, a full refund will be issued, but:

All associated node licenses will be revoked.

Any distributed rewards will be permanently forfeited.

No refunds will be granted after the 15-day window under any circumstance.
Cruise Eligibility

The cruise incentive is only available to purchasers who complete 100% of their scheduled payments.

If a payment is missed, the cruise reservation will be suspended until the payment plan is brought current.

Automated email reminders will be sent in the event of failed payments, prompting the purchaser to update their billing info or contact Optio support.
Node Ownership & Delivery

Once a node is digitally provisioned, it becomes the purchaser’s asset.

If a purchaser defaults on future payments:

They retain access to any nodes already delivered.
-
They will not receive any additional nodes tied to the offer.
-
No refunds will be issued for any payments made after the initial 15-day window.
