Refund & Payment Policy for the Optio Cruise + Node Package

To ensure full transparency and compliance, the following policy applies to all purchases of the Optio Cruise + Node Package, whether paid in full or through a payment plan.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds must be requested in writing via email to the support team within 15 days of the initial payment.

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued, but:

    • All associated node licenses will be revoked.

    • Any distributed rewards will be permanently forfeited.

  • No refunds will be granted after the 15-day window under any circumstance.

Cruise Eligibility

  • The cruise incentive is only available to purchasers who complete 100% of their scheduled payments.

  • If a payment is missed, the cruise reservation will be suspended until the payment plan is brought current.

  • Automated email reminders will be sent in the event of failed payments, prompting the purchaser to update their billing info or contact Optio support.

Node Ownership & Delivery

  • Once a node is digitally provisioned, it becomes the purchaser’s asset.

  • If a purchaser defaults on future payments:

    • They retain access to any nodes already delivered.

    • They will not receive any additional nodes tied to the offer.

    • No refunds will be issued for any payments made after the initial 15-day window.
